How to get started at CrossFit Bourne

 

 

Try a class or 3: Come in and try out CrossFit 101 any THURSDAY at either 6am or 6pm. After attending 3 CrossFit 101 sessions you will be prepared to join our regular classes. Your are not limited to 3, if you feel you need more time to get comfortable with our program you can do as many CF 101 sessions as you wish. Please email Ben@CrossFitBourne.com to let us know that you are planning on coming. Please arrive a few minutes early to check out our facility and speak with your coach. All you need to bring is some workout clothes and a waterbottle, we'll take care of the rest. We can't wait to meet you!

Starter Package: Our Starter Package is designed to ease new athletes into CrossFit. We begin with three private sessions known as an on-ramp course. In this course you and your coach will cover the fundamentals of the CrossFit program including movement, methodology, nutrition and goal setting.

The starter Package includes your first months membership and access to Wodify performance tracking software.
