Try a class: You are welcome to try out a class any Saturday @ 8:00am. Please email us ahead of time to let us know you are coming. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, meet your coach, check out our facility and fill out some brief paperwork. All you need to bring is your workout clothes and a water bottle, we will take care of the rest. We look forward to meeting you!
Starter Package: Mandatory for all new members. The starter package consists of three 1-on-1 beginner classes followed by a one month membership. The beginner classes are designed to get new members up to speed on class structure, movement and nutrition. To sign up CLICK HERE.
