Summer Boot Camp

WHAT TO EXPECT :
-Hands on coaching
-Fun challenging workouts
-45 minutes classes
-15 functional strength training/ skill work
-15 workout and cool down
-All workouts are modified for the individual based on fitness level, injuries and any other physical limitations.
-Classes start Monday 6/25 and will run continuously throughout the Summer (ends 9/21)
-Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 9:00am
-Our professional coaching staff is trained in more than just movement. We offer nutritional guidance for all of our members who seek it.
-Full Summer $250 (39 classes)
-Half Summer $150 (7 consecutive weeks, 21 classes)
- Weekly Membership $24/ wk (recurs weekly)
-10 Class Punch card $90
