Phase 1: This 4 week period will kick off with a 30 minute consultation to help your coach better understand your specific body composition goals and create a personalized nutrition protocol. Phase 1 includes weekly check-ins and adjustments to keep you on track and seeing results!
Phase 2: Continue your progress with weekly check-ins and adjustments after your initial 4 week period is over.
